Yes. The specialist you meet on your consultation is the one who plans your case and treats you in person, unless your case is genuinely multi-specialty — in which case your lead specialist coordinates the team.

Of course. Many patients book a consultation specifically for a second opinion. There is no obligation to switch providers.

FaceLab is located within The Shoppes at City of Dreams in central Colombo. Reception will guide you to the clinic; on-site parking is available at the complex.

No. You can book directly with any of our specialists. If you have records or a referral from your current dentist, please bring them — they help us plan faster.

For most specialists we can offer an appointment within 1–2 weeks. Same-week slots open up for urgent cases — call the front desk and we will do our best to fit you in.

It depends on the treatment — whitening can be 2–3 days, veneers 5–7, and implants often need a return visit. See Treatment Packages for typical timelines, or ask your coordinator for an estimate based on your case.

Treatment is personalised — even two patients with the same concern often need different work. After a consultation we send an itemised written quote so you see exactly what you are paying for.

We accept card, bank transfer, and cash. For longer treatment plans we can structure payment around appointment milestones. Your coordinator walks you through the options.

No. Your quote includes lab fees, materials, and any agreed inclusions. If anything during treatment changes, we agree it with you in writing before work continues.

Your coordinator stays reachable on WhatsApp for at least 6 months after treatment. Most concerns are resolved with a quick call or a brief check-in visit.

For many treatments — aligners, implants past the healing phase, restorative work — yes. We will tell you upfront which milestones can be virtual and which need an in-person visit.
