Medical Visa Support
Most visitors enter Sri Lanka on a simple online ETA. For longer stays or where embassies request supporting documents, our coordinators provide everything you need.
The Sri Lanka ETA — How it works
For most nationalities, an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) is all you need for stays up to 30 days. It is issued online, usually within 24–48 hours.
Apply online
Submit the ETA form at the official Sri Lanka Immigration portal with your passport and trip details.
Pay the ETA fee
A small processing fee is paid online by card. Most travellers receive approval within 24–48 hours.
Travel with your ETA
Bring a printed copy of your ETA approval. It's checked alongside your passport at Colombo immigration.
How FaceLab Supports You
For longer stays, complex treatments, or embassies that ask for medical documentation, your coordinator prepares everything you need.
Treatment Plan Letter
A signed letter from your specialist outlining your diagnosis, planned treatment, and expected dates of care in Colombo.
Invitation Letter
An official invitation from FaceLab confirming your appointment and intended length of stay — accepted by most embassies for medical visa applications.
Embassy Liaison
If your embassy needs additional documentation or clarification, your coordinator works with them directly so you do not have to chase paperwork.
Fast Turnaround
Most documents are prepared within two business days of your virtual consultation, so visa timelines stay on track.
Frequently Asked Questions

For longer stays, you may apply for a residence visa extension or, in some cases, a medical visa. Your coordinator will issue the supporting documents your embassy requires.
Yes. Companions usually travel on the same ETA category as you. We can issue invitation letters that name your companion if their embassy requires it.
We recommend starting at least 4–6 weeks before your planned travel date. ETA approvals are usually fast, but embassies vary, so earlier is safer for medical visa applications.
